ANOTHER WAY IS DOING DEAD LIFTs, OR BICYCLING, IM 15 YEARS OLD AND I BIKE 5miles to my school everyday there and back and i get a pretty good workout on my thights.

I’m very strong at the gym and do 40 min on the treadmill before lifting. However, I have a GUT that I just can’t seem to get rid of no matter how hard I work out and I work HARD!
What do I do to get this lump of fat off my gut? No problem with my “6 pack”, it’s there, I can feel it but it’s hiding behind the fat.

Hi, the only way to reduce your stomach fat is to lose weight. Be sure you are exercising at the top of your rage for intensity and do at least 30 minutes of cardio to make sure you give your body ample time to burn fat. Try running on the treadmill. Nothing slims you down like running. You need to challenge your body with higher intensity to get more calorie burn and then you will see the excess fat slip away.

Hello I am looking to workout my back (excess fat) and my love handles (excess fat) also while tightening my stomach and my behind…I am trying to put together an at home 30-40 min workout plan..that I can do at least 3 x’s a week, since I am a beginner. I am 5′9 and 240lbs. My goal weight for now is 190..Any advice, or maybe a plan you can recommend? I am watching your vids and I love so many of the exercising especially the walking high knee bend. Hi, I’m so glad you like my videos! Congratulations on making the commitment to get fitter. Since you are a beginner, start slow and don’t set your expectations too high. You have picked a reasonable goal weight which is a great first step. One of the best exercises is walking. Do you like to walk? If so, start there and try to take a 20 minute walk at a brisk pace that is suitable for you. Don’t push too much in the beginning, you need to get to know you body and your endurance.

Hi! kool video i’m going to try that. i need to lose this tummy. my goal is getting down to 160 from 300 these love handles are annoying. I’m trying to avoid sagging skin from losing weight so toning will help. and prays that i wont need that surgery for removing flaby skin that would be a total mess. ~sigh~ do you know any exercises to firm the chest?

Hi, yes, weight training your upper body will help you a lot as will doing push ups. I do have two videos up on these topics that I think you will find very helpful. Please go to my channel and type push ups and arms into the search bar to view them. Please remember that losing weight takes patience and time. You don’t want to lose it too fast because you want to give your body time to adjust along the way. 2-4 pounds per week is always the recommended amount.

LOL i use to do these things all the time to build nice quads, I hate them, they really do work and you can see quick results if you take protein, hell probably without it if youre consistant with the workout.

Hi, you will feel it in your legs. That’s normal. You want to also feel it in your butt. Be sure to squeeze your butt when you come up off the lunge pressing down on your heel as you go up also helps to work you butt.
