thanks man! Try some double kettlebell work. Keep the reps lower and the rest longer just as you would with “traditional” gym workouts. Double clean and presses, alternating rows, double swings are all good. Like I said, keep the reps lower. Don’t go more than 8 or so. Hope that helps.

in a way, yes. The first time I played with kettlebells I was sore in a much different way from when I would go to the gym.

I have just been doing these circuits for the past few weeks (I have done kettlebell training prior) and holy moly do they kick your ass. Im up to four complete run throughs of the circuit, next week I move onto all five. Nice routines to incorporate into a cross-fit schedule.
