I love this! I was wondering, if I use this workout everyday of the week, will I achieve better results, or do I have to reserve space for rest in between those days? I want tight and lean glutes, but it’s also very hard for me to get those results. I have trouble sticking to my workouts, and that’s a main factor in this problem. You could message me on youtube as well and tell me what I need to do if you want. Thank you and your workouts look very effective.

I can’t seem to stretch my leg, I can’t even get close to the perpendicular position without bending my leg. Is there any version of this exercise for people that aren’t flexible?

Are there excersizes that make your butt bigger rather than smaller and vice versa? I know alot of women are looking to get bigger butts, but even at my ideal weight I’m bottom heavy. Which excersises do I need to avoid and which should I practice?

reserve space then workout I wasnt doing that and I was working my chest hard everyday until I pulled something

try lots of leg stretches before this exercise. even if you cant get it all the way up just go as far as you can and keep practicing.
