    There is no need to do that many different ab exercises for 6 pack abs. Check out my abs, hanging leg or knee raises on the ‘iron gym’ doorway pull up bar will work your upper and lower abs intensely. I never do crunches or any other ab exercises.

    these exercises do nothing for Abs whatsoever…lift weights…dumbbells, lats pullovers. barbells, pushovers etc it will do the trick……

    Crunches are good for the abs. But you can’t just do them to get six pack abs. You got to do other exercises to work the abs areas. Do cardio to burn the fat around them, eat good, and vary your ab rountine..
