how long does it take for us to get 6 pack abs ? how many times should we do this exercice exactly if we dnt have that much fat to get six pac abs?

you shouldn’t do it so many times a day, you have to rest, so that your muscles could grow. Otherwise you will not build them.

…WoaH!!dis is really shit!!it is effective i got my 4 packet in just 1 1/2 month or almost 7 weeks!!but REMEMBER:YOU should considered ur daily diet or else not abs can get it !!gud luck 2 all abs workerz!!^^..

Agree. However, these exercises will help you to burn fat locally. I mean, I already had big and defined abs (the six pack), however they were covered by fat (not that much anyway). After 1 week of this workout, I can see significant improvements. Far from being 100% lean, but it’s a start.

Once a day is more than OK, probably too much. No need to overdo and overstress your abs. They are muscles, therefore they need to rest from time to time… will you do intensive chest workout everyday or, even worse, twice a day? Don’t think so :)

Check out my abs, the popular ‘iron gym’ doorway bar for hanging leg raises works upper and lower abs to the max. I never do crunches or sit ups.

I’ve been doing this for 4 weeks and have seen no results. I’m very disapointed since so many people said this worked, i thought it might work but it hasnt. I do not recomend this video to anyone if you wanna get a 6 pack.

@anime1217 you have to also run to… also try taking a really good fat burner…sit ups wont just do it but it helps a lot

My billy is a problem area for me.. and I’ve always complained about how slow it changes unlike anyother other part of my body. With this workout, I was able to see lines of muscles after 1 week only. I did it once a day. It was great. However I did not stick to it and now am back with billy fat.. but this time am gonna have the 6 of them all lol

I dont eat completely healthy but i do use “portion control” when eating. Check out my abs, i do hanging leg raises on the popular ‘iron gym’ doorway bar as my only ab exercise.

damn this exersice works
aloooott you wont see results in days but you will feel results when you do this but in a week you will see a big difrence do it 6 times a weeek

try these exercises of 8-9 weeks, people who say they carnt see a difference carnt tell but other people will for sure its because your waiting and waiting and so use to looking at your body.

for your run, you should do interval training as well. 5 minute warm up, 2 minute intermediate jog, and 1 minute sprint. Do the jog/sprint 3x.
