		<description>Ok, question. If I do this 2-3 times a week will I get results? I usually eat 3 meals a day, with a fruit for a snack and I play football everyday for 30-40 minutes. On Tuesdays and Fridays though I do Football plus another 30 minutes of Soccer.</description>
