secret to perfect abs, is there is no secret. everyone has perfect abs, not everyone has the same fat content. those layers of chunky are hiding those abs. RUN/do CARDIO/diet and or eat healthier 5-7 SMALL meals a day. if you eat rice, switch to brown rice or dont eat it at all. i dropped 11 bad boys just by switching to brown rice. did not WORK OUT still ate a lot.

okay if you combine this workout with eating really well and adding good cardio, you will see great results..if you just do these ab workouts and no cardio and eating bad, there will be no results…it will only make ur stomach look bigger because you are only making the muscles under all that fat larger…you need to get rid of that fat by eating really well and doing cardio so the muscles can be seen, then you can start to do these workouts to make the abs bigger and more noticable.

I do this routine 3 times a week and it totally works. But you also need to eat right and not be a couch potato.

It hurts like hell, but it’s well worth the results.

Ok, question. If I do this 2-3 times a week will I get results? I usually eat 3 meals a day, with a fruit for a snack and I play football everyday for 30-40 minutes. On Tuesdays and Fridays though I do Football plus another 30 minutes of Soccer.

my lower abs are just as strong as my upper abs. This doesn’t really build my obliques as it stabilizes them.
