@indras100 Just do as much as sit ups and crunches as you can per day.. Try to do at least a 1000.

@indras100 its not about lossing weight, its about ur body fat percentage! its the most important thing when you want your abs to ‘pop’ out if u can get it 10% or below then it will happen but you would need to keep it up!

hahahahaha, he eats like i do, and he is still huge, goes to show u what hard work can do for yah, and i am also getting kinda big, i just had to find a workout for my abs, so thanx i will try this work out tonight
Your upper body is in great shape, but man o man like in many many bodybuilder look at your legs, they are skinny compared to your upper body,hamstrings especially, people your legs are HALF of you body so don’t skip them treat them like any other muscle group!!! btw a good demonstration of different ab exercises, you ppl can chose only some, you really do not need to do ALL of those …
why do you really not need to do ALL of those?
no that will just make some muscles bigger btu not give you an actual six pack

To answer your question, sounds like #19 might be like the iron cross…at least thats what we call them. You’re in a crucifix position and your head and legs are hovering off the ground a bit, hold that position and you’ll feel the burn.
@jsmyr109 No man, what he does are just variations of basic ab exercises, like crunches and v-sits, you can chose three exercises to do, and do them with intensity (squeeze them on every rep) and do like 3-4 sets with maximum possible repetitions no more than twice a week and you will get abs like he does, unless you have a lot of fat covering them, than you will have to change your diet and do lots of cardio…
@jsmyr109 I believe that he just demonstrated what kinds of exercises there are for abs, dunno if this is his training routine…

I would take a guess that he doesn’t want overly huge legs for the free running.
You need to get your body fat to around 7/8% and treat your abs and accompanying muscles just like you would your arms and pecks ect.
He clearly said ” I actually designed this program 3 years ago an it is the only ab workout I do” so why wouldn’t this be an actual workout routine and just a demonstration of different ab exercises?
Do a video on chest exercises! I wanna work out my pecs….
ive been doing this hole routing along with this video for 4 days in a row and i have already seen awesome results, i have not changed my diet, this routine works!
