i’ve been doing this work out and so far i’m seeing results after 2 weeks. last week i did the work out once every day mon-fri and now im doing them everyday mon-fri twice a day

Just started doing this and it’s harder than it looks but not too hard. Just wanted to see if it’s worked for anyone on here. If it did, how long did it take?
@MsRachel61 sorry, can I just ask how many times a week that you do the exercises? and have you really had to cut down on your eating to get these results? I am going on holiday in August do you think that it is possible to have skinny legs by then ? Thank You x x x

I do not want a 6-pack, infact no even a hint of one!! If I do these exercises will it give me a flat stomach? Also I hate my ‘love handles’ please tammy can you do an exercise specifically targetting those? and maybe lower back fat as well

thts true.. tammy has a faboulos tone body.. n she is a vry good trainer as well !!
The last exercise on this video targets love handles. If you really want them gone do lots of them, maybe 50 a day working up.
