These are good exercises but I’ve been doing ab exercises for awhile now and although I’m not flabby I don’t have a visible six pack. I think to get that look something else is required besides just ab exercises.

i’ve been doing this workout once a day for the past 3 weeks and i’ve noticed a significant difference in my posture. as a college student this is a very useful, quick workout to do in my room at the end of the day.

Hey! I just wanna say thanks! I’ve started this a couple days ago! And I have been hooked on excerising ever since. I never used to be like that, but i want to look good for graduation. Now i feel great. I do it whenever i get bored and for an hour a day! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

wake up in the morning do 4 sets of 25 reps push ups then 4 sets 25 reps cruncehes, do that b4 you eat anything, then do the same b4 bed also some cardio about 4 days a week, and stay away from junk food, and dont eat 3 hours b4 you go to bed and youll lose weight and have nice abs.
