Question: for the 1 arm snatch and 1 arm DB squat, is it 15 reps for each arm? or is it 30 reps for each arm which will be 60 reps total?…

I haven’t worked out in over 2-3 years and i just tried this routine exactly and i think i almost fainted / puked / DIED from such an exhausting workout, 10 mins later still huffing and puffing my lord……

This workout routine should have a warning label on it.

all i can say is eat right sleep well and do some lifting and swiming 10 rep that’l you got :D im from 100kilos to 78 kilos ideal for my height and weight thats BMI you dont need to do heavy lifting and lifting until you fainted youl just need a control to your self when eating foods thats eat! be healthy always goodluck guys! :D

ok…..my waist size for my jeans is now 33 or 34’s…..im not super fat….but i have the unattractive fatness…..i wanna get rid of the fat to become muscle….but i dunt wanna waste all my jeans (i have a lot)

SO QUESTION…. how to get rid of fat and make muscle without having to lose my waste size?….plz sumone answer…..and a good answer…not a making fun of me answer…

Edward6360, post that question onto a bodybuilding forum. Most people know fuck all about how to train. You can train many different ways to achieve many different goals. You need to eat less than your maintenance in calories and lift weights, do cardio work. SEEK RESEARCH AWAY FROM YOUTUBE!
