What Is The Best Workout Routine For Women?</strong></span></p>
<p>Read following request I got from one of my blog reader. It might be a question you have always wanted to ask as well. Now is your chance to get straight to the point asnwer&#8230;</p>
<p><em><strong>&#8220;Just started at the gym, and would like to lose weight as well as tone up. Im 25 yrs old and currently weigh 12 st 9 lbs, would ideally like to drop to 9 st. Any suggestions or tips would be really helpful.&#8221;</strong></em></p>

And here is the answer for it:</strong></span></p>
<p>Women and men don’t need to workout differently. People only need to train according to their specific goals, although men and women often have different goals.</p>
<p>As for losing weight that’s a combination of watching what you eat and increasing your actvity level. It doesn’t matter what the activity is, just do more.</p>
<p>As for food, vegetables, fruits, meats, milk, nut and whole grains. and as much a as possible unprocessed. If your not losing weight eat a little bit less or increase your activity level.</p>
<p>As for tone, just follow a basic weightlifting routine. Starting Strength is an excellent routine, as it work the whole body with a few basic exercises.</p>

Is it a really good workout routine for me?</strong></span></p>
<p>Starting today. (I went for a walk and I’m going to do the Billy Blanks workout after dinner)<br />
I really want to get a toned body. My thighs are my biggest problem, then my waist…</p>
<p>Everyday I do a 25 minute walk.<br />
Every second day I do Billy Blanks Tae Bo Cardio Workout. (45 minutes)<br />
Every first day I do Pilates. (Could someone find me a good pilates video on youtube to do? )</p>
<p>If I eat 1500 calories a day, and drink 8 glasses of water.</p>
<p>I know that this will be great to start, but as I progress, I am planning to join a gym and get some good training to build more muscle mass.</p>
