<p>But aside from these, consider the following first.</p>
<p>1. You need to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Building muscles will mean stimulating them with stress trainings as well. Then, after this, let your muscles to rest and eventually grow through the needed nutrition and rest. Our bodies will react this way since it doesn&#8217;t want to be stressed so it is improving the muscles until the next time you use them again. If you do not give them the right rest and nutrition, those muscles won&#8217;t grow at all.</p>
<p>2. Eat balanced meals around five to seven times a day. Remember that what you eat is essential to build muscles. Ideally, the intake should include the following: 35% of proteins, 20 % of fats, and 45% of carbohydrates. More than half of your meals should also be solid foods and the rest can be liquid shakes of sorts. Fact is that using meal replacement shakes can be an easy and great way for our body to take in all the needed nutrients as soon as we start building muscles.</p>
<p>3. At least half of the time that you are lifting weights, do some stretching too. One of the most common errors that people do when they try to build muscles is that they don&#8217;t do stretching. It is important that we know that during the time we are working out, the muscle tissues will be shortened so it is important that we do stretching in order for the muscles to restore their full length; otherwise the risk of injuring yourself and the muscles will stop growing. You will also become weaker and you will destroy your muscles eventually too. You can also injure yourself if you do not do the right stretches while lifting weights for a while.</p>
<p>4. It would also be helpful for you not to accept any supplements that have not been in circulation for at least 3 years. Take note that in building muscles you will need to eat a lot of food so that you will also burn a lot of energy and then let the muscles grow eventually. And sometimes when we think that the normal foods are not giving us enough nutrients, we tend to turn to some supplements. Keep in mind not to try those supplements that haven&#8217;t been around for at least 3 years. So just take the older ones. Some of the best vitamins on the market now are multi-vitamin, powdered creatine, fish oil capsules and protein powder.</p>

Is it a really good workout routine for me?</strong></span></p>
<p>Starting today. (I went for a walk and I’m going to do the Billy Blanks workout after dinner)<br />
I really want to get a toned body. My thighs are my biggest problem, then my waist…</p>
<p>Everyday I do a 25 minute walk.<br />
Every second day I do Billy Blanks Tae Bo Cardio Workout. (45 minutes)<br />
Every first day I do Pilates. (Could someone find me a good pilates video on youtube to do? )</p>
<p>If I eat 1500 calories a day, and drink 8 glasses of water.</p>
<p>I know that this will be great to start, but as I progress, I am planning to join a gym and get some good training to build more muscle mass.</p>
<p>Hope it will help someone here to get motivated and do something for your health&#8230;.</p>

Sample Strength Exercises Routines Using Dumbbells</strong></span></p>
<p>Dumbbells are my favorite piece of equipment in the gym. They are the most convenient when <strong>building muscle mass</strong>. You can do compounding workout routines, muscle isolation techniques and alternating <strong>dumbbell workout routines</strong>. You can use them for warming up and for rigorous weight lifting routines as well.</p>
<p>What I have found out is that it is much harder to lift dumbbells with both hands at the same time. That is good because you challenge both sides of your body. You need to learn how to control each hand and you will train yourself in concentration which helps to <a href="http://workouts-routines-for-toning.com/vincedelmontefitness.htm" target="_blank"><strong>build bigger muscles</strong></a>. You can actually lift more with barbells, so you will not look as tough when working out with dumbbells. But who cares! You are there to workout for yourself, not to show off in front of everybody.</p>
<p><strong>Here are some exercises you can do with dumbbells:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Dumbbell Exercises For Legs:</strong><br />
Yes, you can have a great leg workout just by using dumbbells. The most known leg exercises are Squats, Lunges or Deadlifts. The limit in choices for the weight of the dumbbell means you have to compensate using perfect exercise procedures through slow and steady movements followed by a three second pause just when the muscle tightens. Aim for 8 – 12 reps and 2 to 3 sets before moving up in weight.</p>
<p><strong>Dumbbell Chest Exercises:</strong><br />
Chest workout is probably my favorite routine to I really am looking for like a little kid waiting for a candy. All you need a set of dumbbells and flat bench that can be adjusted to incline or decline. Then you can perform all chest workout exercises including dumbbell flies, pullover, incline bench press, decline bench press, one arm rowing etc&#8230; You can get here more ideas to build muscles fast&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Dumbbell Shoulders Exercises: </strong><br />
As with any other shoulder exercises, you can do shoulder shrugs, deltoid raises, upright rows or millitary press exercises.</p>
<p><strong>Dumbbell Back Routines: </strong><br />
Grip your dumbbells and try bent over rows or deadlifts with straight legs.</p>
<p><strong>Dumbbell Arm Workouts:</strong><br />
When exercises your arms with dumbbells, you want to get into your workout repertoaire dumbbell curls, concentration curls, hammer curls, triceps kickbacks, overhead triceps extensions and also some exercies for forearm by flexing your wrists while holding the dumbbell in your hand. This also improves your grip.</p>
<p>Grip is very important in any weight lifting program.
