<p>This is an advanced ab workout, if you are a beginning bodybuilder please see my website for some more appropriate ab workouts. Just a reminder, ab workouts do NOT remove fat. If you have a beer belly or love handles, you need to do cardio and have better nutrition &#8211; doing ab exercises will NOT help. Why do abs? Well, not only because a 6-pack looks really cool but strong abs are key for virtually every sport except tiddley winks. Ab strength is critical for hitting a baseball, whacking a golf ball, and especially in sports involving punching where most of the power in the punch comes from your core. Even if you dont do any sports, a strong core can protect your spine from injury. Now, people get really confused about ab workouts &#8211; do you do them once a week or every day? Do you do high reps or low reps? First lets clear the air, there is no &#8220;right&#8221; or &#8220;wrong&#8221; ab workout, it depends on your goals. The abs are like any other muscle, if you want them to get bigger and stronger, you work them out hard with heavy weight and give them plenty of rest between workouts to recover. If you want a small, flat waist like a marathon runner then you do a few minutes of abs everyday with no weight and high reps. If you want a really muscular core like a pro bodybuilder with big ab ridges and deep valleys, then workout with high weight and low rep and allow 5-7 days between workouts (morph zoom). Alles Klar? OK, so this particular ab workout is for people who want those big abs with deep <b>&#8230;</b><!-- pingbacker_start --><br />

<p>In today&#8217;s world of glamour, beauty and hotness, it seems like everyone wants to have a good physique. But time constraints do not allow it to us and therefore some people might forget about it. Others feel that getting a good exercise today or body-building is a lot of investment. But the fact is, you don’t need those.</p>
<p>What you need is a good guidance in the form of a book called <strong>“The Body Weight Exercise Revolution”</strong>. For some, the only way to in building muscle fast is to invest in a lot of body-building equipment. Some individuals even went overboard by investing in their own home gym.</p>
<p>For them, it doesn’t matter if they have spent a lot of money as long as they can accomplish what they need to accomplish. But what they do not know is that they can also do the same thing and the only thing that they need is a good and proper<em> <strong>body weight training </strong></em>and the book guide mentioned here is one such good investment, the only good investment that you ever have.</p>
<p>Actually, I have heard about this book guide 2 months ago for a friend of a friend. This friend of mine invited me to a party of his friend. So, we had a couple of drinks over, of all topics, body-building conversations. I can clearly see that this friend of my friend is very health conscious just like us.</p>
<p>From out of the blue, I asked him what type of exercises that he is doing to keep that physique of his. He just mentioned the phrase <strong>“bodyweight training”</strong>. At first, I didn’t quite understand what he meant but when he showed us this book “The Body Weight Exercise Revolution”, we began to understand.</p>
<p>It’s just a bad thing that I have invested a lot of money on home gym equipment. But nevertheless, I’m still grateful I have learned something about this book <strong>“The BodyWeight Exercise Revolution”</strong>. Maybe, I can start to sell some of my home gym stuff and concentrate on this system from now on.</p>
