<p>Do sets of crunches. Lie on the floor with your hands behind your head and with your upper legs up in the air and your lower legs parallel to the floor. It should look like the letter L. Push the small of your back into the floor and keep it there. Now, lift your head off the floor as you look to a point on the ceiling. Repeat for ten reps.</p>
<p>Now do this a different way. Pretend your chin is holding a tennis ball, so that your head does not move and do the same exercise. This will work the lower part of your stomach and you will feel a great burn when these are done alternately.</p>
<p>Do sit ups. The old tried and true method is still one of the most effective exercises for building up your stomach. Just lie with your feet flat on the floor and sit up so that your chest almost touches your thighs. Do this with your hands either behind your head or your arms crossed over your chest.</p>
<p>Do leg lifts. Lie on the ground flat so that your legs are fully extended. Lift your legs straight off the ground perpendicular in the air. Lower down and do it again keeping your legs off the floor.</p>
<p>Now you are going to have to change your eating habits so that you have less fat in your diet. You need to not eat as much red meat since it contains more fat than you want. Eat lean white meat like chicken and make sure your body eats healthy fiber. Stay away from sugars. Drinking plenty of water will also help you lose fat by letting your kidneys metabolize the fat. Free weights are good to during this time as it helps build strong lean muscle and burn fat at the same time.</p>
