I subscribed to your seven day thing, and it helped me out, but I still have questions.
I want to know if I can build muscle without weights and a gym. I don’t want to be huge by any means, but I need to gain some muscle, because I’m super skinny. I want your physique, basically. If I were to do a routine consisting of push up variations, pull ups and chin ups, and maybe even squats and planks, could I gain muscle from that? And would I have to eat a crapton of protein and calories,
or could I follow a normal, more fruit/veggie/meat/whatever based diet with protein shakes after workouts?
I’d love to gain some muscle, but not a bodybuilder amount at all. I’m skinny though…so I need to gain some…and I want to know if I could gain AND MAINTAIN that muscle with bodyweight stuff. Please help! I’d appreciate it a ton.
you can gain and maintain muscle with bodyweight exercises as long as you maintain a strong diet.

no acidy foods such as oranges or bananas. you want to jstu drnk aout 2 cups of water. . eat in the morning andlunch a heavy carb meal – 60-80 carbs with fruits drink a glas sof water on the hour every hour. and you should be fine! p.s wter beofre thwokout is a good half hour time.. so 30 min b4 the workout

if you hav ea place calle bulk barn. you want to eat oat d rains.. such as , huney oats. or creame of wheat.. reg oatmeal.
quiona is a reailly high source in carbs .. you dont want startchy carbs b4 a workouts . such as potatoes or anythign along thows lines
how does a push up exercise help you gain ab muscles? it only strengthens ur core.
its not easy getting “huge”, weights are the best equipment to stretch your muscles and and let it recuperate. Try a dumb bell press incline+decline, it’s way more effective than a push up, since your an Ectormorph, your best to take proteins and do weights. You dont have any weight to push

hi there. i typically do about 6 sets of pushups during a workout and i max out on each one. i never do more than 2 or 3 variations in one work out. hope that helps

nice way to excerise but heres a tip: when doing push-ups never straighten arm all the way when going up, it relaxes muscles and u dont wanna relax the muscles other than resting or after workout =P

Ur chest and leg muscles arent getting as much attention as ur abs and biceps/triceps, make sure that you run 25-30 minutes every day

I like the vastmuscle (.com) in home workouts. This workout is good too but I got great results using that website
find out where its sold such as GNC, hi-health, etc……and go in and ask about it. people there are very helpful. i take green tea extract cause it healps u lose weight and u have a HUGE energy boost.
