How to build big biceps with dumbbell ( workout routines)?

How many is sets should i do for the total workout?
Is just 3 x 10 of concentration curl enough? or wat?
I see some of the sites that recommend like
3×10 concentration curl
3×10 hammer curl
3×10 dumbbell curl

What does it mean? Do total set of 9 or 3?

    well i recently read up on a very similar question to this, ill find the url, but it says that you should follow 3 steps.

    1. train around once a week, (I’d recommend a little bit more) because muscles grow when they are resting, and not during the actual workout. And has a better outcome than exercising everyday

    2. Start every single rep with your arms fully extended.

    3. don’t pile on the weights, keep them at a steady weight you can handle. and for an example, also, at the very peak of a curl, tense your muscle HARD for about 1 or 2 seconds.
