    Great video man.
One question though, how long will it take to get the lower pec defined if I do these every day?

  • sz42781:

I do those incline pushups the same way lmao

  • troj1992:

love your videos, have been working on abs and chest for a while, and have found that only my lower chest is gaining muscle, glad to see how to increase upper chest aswell :D

may i ask how long it took you to get into the shape you are in now?

  • omegaracer1:

the must all define together, once you start working out you get stronger and start to get definition, once that starts happening than you can start to focus on different areas of the chest, its all up to you and your diet, dont get discouraged if you work out for a month and see really small gains, working out and being healthy is a timely process but the rewards will amaze you, gl

Ok, i want a ripped chest. Currently iv’e been doing pushups and the pec deck. My chest is muscular but to big for my frame and looks kind of bulgy when i have a shirt on…very fustrating.

All other aspects of my body are great accept the chest. How should i get it smaller and more defined?

  • ZomgWatzMyName:

  • enjoylumby:

im gonna try this.. doubt It will give me results though. I’m like doomed to be skinny :(

  • Jamaicapino:

    dis actually works! lol

  • dezzaB:

    chin ups and barbell rows

  • rockophiliac:

that problems’ related to your basal metabolism rate, in other words hyperthyroidism, and it can be helped.. youll also need proteins.

  • uniquewiz:

    great., thanks and be healthy

  • prettyprince567:

not chin ups, do pull ups with wide grip and dumbell rows

  • FreeshGuy:

Ye, i’ve always been skinny, no matter how much i ate but when i started doing some workouts i got, together with eating more proteins, bigger muscels.
The key is resting and eating right!

  • jhaq26:

    this is really good

  • xs7x9:

    nice man!!!

  • theentertainer92:

If those press-ups get too easy to do, and you need more resistance, what you can do is either get someone light to sit on you, or get a backpack and fill it with water bottles, books etc.

  • slickshoesken:

this is very good training video. instead of using my money for paying for the gym sessions, i can now use the money to buy whoppers

  • IIGeRoNiMoXx:

    Hahaa!

  • paleheroes:

I’m only 150 pounds and pretty skinny all around except my upper chest and around/under my arms is pretty big from the top and flatens out near the middle of my pecs. Any advice how to flatten out my pecs? I mean it’s not such a bad thing because it makes me look bigger, but I feel there’s a lot of excess fat or tissure in my upper chest that i can’t get rid of. Thanks bro.

  • pixma321:
