    I teach step aerobics and I was asked to teach a class at a local business. I talked to the guy in charge today and found out they don’t have step equipment! That is the only thing I have ever taught! I was in a panic tonight to find something! I was watching Billy Blanks, Fit TV, anything that I could do tomorrow.. I wanted to cry. I thought I was going to look like a huge goon. I found this workout and I was like YESSSS!!! He said they have stretch bands too! YOU SAVED ME!! Thank you!!

    if u feel like ur gonna puke it means ur out of shape but dw if u build some exercise everyday ull do better and the feeling will go away!

    Oh my god I 30 this year and so unfit I found this so hard couldn’t even do it for 5 mins. Now i feel like crap and I thought it would be easy when I first up it on.

    wow when i was a kid and i didnt know anything about fitness and wanted to lose weght, i did this same thing but I put on a trash bag too… but dont do that ive heard that is bad for u
