		<description>Nice.  I used to do the exact same workout back when I blew my MCL.  My grappling coach had me jump rope and swing his KB around to keep my leg strong.  4 months later I actually feel better than I did before my accident.  Seriously, before, I was a Kettlebell skeptic... now, I seriously am a believer.</description>
