		<description>i gained about 7 pounds in five weeks. ive been eating ALOT though i also have to take alot of protein shakes. also my weight keeps going up and down but the lowest has been a 7 pound increase from where i started. its mostly about the diet for me but im working out 5 days a week for 2-3 hours a day. ive always been like skinny-buff but i guess now that im 21its easier for me to gain weight. im doing an arnold schwarzenegger workout its pretty crazy</description>
