I subscribed to your seven day thing, and it helped me out, but I still have questions.
I want to know if I can build muscle without weights and a gym. I don’t want to be huge by any means, but I need to gain some muscle, because I’m super skinny. I want your physique, basically. If I were to do a routine consisting of push up variations, pull ups and chin ups, and maybe even squats and planks, could I gain muscle from that? And would I have to eat a crapton of protein and calories,
