		<description>When you stretch the rope it should reach your chest if it goes above your chest then obviously it&#039;s too long and will need adjusting accordingly.  The best ones to buy are the real sports ones that you can adjust like Nike ones or Reebok.</description>

		<description>Virtually yes, it will have the same effect. However you will just look kind of out of place if your jump roping without a jump rope. But when people first learn to jump rope they do it without the rope. It kind of gives you the feel for it like shadow boxing does. Also with a jump rope you get greater resistance and skill and a better workout for your wrists. Do one or the other, they both are great for the body!</description>
