		<description>No doubt, great video. Jumping rope aint no joke. I use the jump rope for an option with my personal training clients when they tell me they&#039;re bored with doing cardio. I like jumping rope because it can be done in short bursts and can be used for interval training if done correctly with the right intensity. Even 10-15 minutes of jumping rope is more effective for fat loss than walking on a treadmill at 3.2 mph for 45 minutes.</description>
