		<description>@ZIG017 i would say if you can do 40 of one set then 40 of the next and so on, your doin good, then the second set of those 5 excercises do 30 then 20 then 10.. i try to mix it up every work out = better/quicker results. i call my workout the 15&#039;s ive yet to post a video but i do 10 workouts 15 times with 30 pound dumbells and finising up with 120 pound bench and pushups.. msg me if you want to know how its done</description>
