chest workout routine – dumbbells only

For the last exercise in 21s, could try a push up with rotation instead to throw in something different.

Hey u know u have these exercises for different muscle groups. should i be working out everyday jst on a different muscle group or should i be having days to recover completly? I would much appreciate an answer. thanks.

i dont really understand what u mean. What you should do is like one day do chest and shoulders . after to days do biceps and triceps. if thats what u mean. you should really try to rest 3-4 days be4 u do the same muscle groups again

I’m too poor to afford a bench so I’ve been doing fly’s on the floor. I always wondered if that would mess my back up, good to know that it won’t. Good video. Props.

I don’t have the space for a bench in my apartment…but I can’t get to the gym…to do inclines I take my couch cushions of there fairly stiff and set them at an angle against the couch..and this also works for decline as well

question: if you do the 5 exercises 5 sets 8 reps, so you’re gonna do each exercise 40 times straight or do each of the exercise 8 reps and then repeat the whole cycle 5 times?

@ZIG017 i would say if you can do 40 of one set then 40 of the next and so on, your doin good, then the second set of those 5 excercises do 30 then 20 then 10.. i try to mix it up every work out = better/quicker results. i call my workout the 15’s ive yet to post a video but i do 10 workouts 15 times with 30 pound dumbells and finising up with 120 pound bench and pushups.. msg me if you want to know how its done

@318r3c08 yes, and when your done your workout, do it again, squeeze your chest together and make that a set of its own, 3 sets of 12 chest squeezes, holding for 4 seconds each

@Yobama007 buy a yoga/excercise ball, its like 8 bucks and you can do pushups and flys and all that shit on it.. walmart for mad cheap
