yo antes estaba bien gordo y panson jaja y aora me beo bastante bien desde ke empese a aser TAEBO aora la gente ke no me a bisto desde ase tiempo kuando me be no kreen ke soy yo jaja y kuando le enseno a alguien las fotos de komo me miraba antes no me lo krenn jajaja me beo mui bien y me sientoo kon ganas de todo la neta  

FELICIDADES son muy buenos ejercicios se los rekomiendo a todos lo ke kieran perder peso salu2</description>

		<description>Its not that easty to predict, depends on how much you eat in the meantime and the intensity of your workout.. Two people can do the same workout at the same time and have different results. If you workout everyday you&#039;ll lose wieght regardless but how much depends alot on you.</description>

		<description>@720ent I watched what I ate, but nothing serious. I ate more fish and chicken but I ate cheese daily and never cut out carbs or anything like that. 
I just made sure I didn&#039;t eat *more* because I was working out. I think that was the trick.</description>

		<description>I actually find that the P90X cardio workouts are not as challenging as Tae Bo&#039;s. P90X IS still a great workout though, I&#039;m not saying it isn&#039;t. Just offering my opinion.

I&#039;m pretty sure Insanity&#039;s might be harder though, at least based on the commercials.</description>
