3 times a week to start out with and work your way up to 5 times. But go at your pace and follow the exercise carefully. Mr. Blanks have not change much since the first tabo so if you have a new version that is fine. It is truly a great workout if you stick with it b/c it does become so easy. I love tabo and been doing it since 2002. I have the lastest version at the moment. And Mr. Blanks is so motivational and fun

If i split 1-4 up during the day will it still work the same? cause i cant do the whole thing all together yet…but i like the work out im trying to lose 30 lbs for now then once i lose that i want to lose 30 more..lol

Run 3 miles a day. Start with 3 days a week. Then 5-7 days a week when you can. You can start with the 3 miles taking a whole hour – if you’re not a little bit out of breath, try running a little bit faster :D . The key is just to be consistent and doing it every week.

It will take 1 month for any sign of result to show up.
It will take 2 month for you to see noticeable result.
It will take 3 month for others to see noticeable result in you.
Just be patient ^_^

@Kacie5688 It will help ramp up your endurance. I’d also try doing the whole thing and just resting when you need to. Just to work on stamina. This is a good program. I did it every other day for 3 months and lost 30lbs.Seriously. I still do it just because it’s awesome.

I actually find that the P90X cardio workouts are not as challenging as Tae Bo’s. P90X IS still a great workout though, I’m not saying it isn’t. Just offering my opinion.

I’m pretty sure Insanity’s might be harder though, at least based on the commercials.

@720ent I watched what I ate, but nothing serious. I ate more fish and chicken but I ate cheese daily and never cut out carbs or anything like that.
I just made sure I didn’t eat *more* because I was working out. I think that was the trick.

Its not that easty to predict, depends on how much you eat in the meantime and the intensity of your workout.. Two people can do the same workout at the same time and have different results. If you workout everyday you’ll lose wieght regardless but how much depends alot on you.
