		<description>I only could do 5 minutes of this exercise. I&#039;m terribly out of shape. I&#039;m 27 years old, 5&#039;4 and 145 lbs and a mom. Doesn&#039;t sound bad I know.. but last time I exercised I was in high school (10 years ago). :P 
I&#039;ll keep doing as much as I can everyday though. Will not give up. And Nicole is a very good coach. I just follow her to exercise :)</description>
