		<description>Yeah! If you do it more than once a day and eat healthy! I have done it for a while now and have lost a few pounds, and I&#039;m more toned. I do it about 2-3 times a day, plus 2 toning workouts.</description>

		<description>This is my favorite.  You can make it more difficult by punching up your energy in all the movements.  It&#039;s an excellent &amp; quick cardio.  It&#039;s also really good for core &amp; balance.</description>
