		<description>watched one of you&#039;re other videos and was struck by your honesty even if its not what you customers want to hear...it was about belly fat and boob/but size.
I have never seen anyone be so open and honest about these issues and its taken me by surprise.Ok i was brought up in the Weider era and all the mags and experts were getting paid for their opinions. So maybe I&#039;m just a little cynical about the industry ! But you don&#039;t bs and you also give what I consider sound advice.</description>

		<description>@HHR245 If you are lifting weights 7 days a week, then thats bad, your muscles need resting time in-between sessions to rebuild themselves. But if you meant just plain working out, like cardio, then yes that is a good plan. Try visiting scoobysworkshop. C O M - it is a really helpful site, and the best part is it is fully free, no orders, or surveys, just go and there is lots of info and videos.</description>
