The way to lose a beer gut is to stop drinking beer-it’s full of calories that just go straight on the belly. You might need to build cardio into your workout too depending on how big the beer belly is. The protein amount he gave is for your body weight, if you have a healthy diet and work out right you won’t put more weight on the belly. Protein is to feed your muscles especialy when you start doing weights.

So true, the men always give interviews and make it sound like ‘well i got this great part so i just went to the gym for a couple of months’ fitness instructors do play their part but the guys can get big in next to no time.

Dont workout everyday. Do cardio every day, but exercise every 3 days.

Cardio are considered activities that burn fat. That means, running, cycling, any kind of physical activity that pumps your heart rate. It can be basketball, soccer, swimming (swimming is great), jumping rope, anything. Even walking to your job is considered cardio. Youll need about 30-45 mins each day (5days a week) with a proper diet to loose weight. Do some research on dieting and stuff, you can find allot of useful articles for free on the internet.

hey guy’s jsut trying to get a bit of info i workout 4 /7 days a week and im running 6/7 is that a good way to build “lean” muscle cause im not really feeling being huge and bloated just health im 19 and i weigh around175

@HHR245 the way i would do it is:
5-6 days workout
during the workout, I do doublets (e.g. bench press+flies) then rest. I do that 4-6 sets ea. then i switch to a diff excer. In total I do 4 doublet excer. I do extreme heavy weight, thus get 2-3 min rest after each doublet. after all the workout, I do 15 min intense cardio. I also do 20 min cardio in the morning. I eat every 2-3 hrs. MOST important is diet. i weigh 220. i eat 5 meals (700 cal/ea) in between i have 3 whey shakes.7 hr sleep min

@HHR245 If you are lifting weights 7 days a week, then thats bad, your muscles need resting time in-between sessions to rebuild themselves. But if you meant just plain working out, like cardio, then yes that is a good plan. Try visiting scoobysworkshop. C O M – it is a really helpful site, and the best part is it is fully free, no orders, or surveys, just go and there is lots of info and videos.

watched one of you’re other videos and was struck by your honesty even if its not what you customers want to hear…it was about belly fat and boob/but size.
I have never seen anyone be so open and honest about these issues and its taken me by surprise.Ok i was brought up in the Weider era and all the mags and experts were getting paid for their opinions. So maybe I’m just a little cynical about the industry ! But you don’t bs and you also give what I consider sound advice.
