What Kind Of Strength Exercises Can You Do With Dumbbells?

So today we learn something about dumbbells. Yes, that piece of weight lifting tool that lies on the rack in front of the mirror in your local gym can be the only tool you need to develop great strength, good looking body and without waiting in line for the next machine.

But what makes dumbbells so speacial and by far more superior to working out with machines?

Well, machines are very limited in the way they are designed to move. When you exercise on machine, you are being helped in so many ways. But when you do strength exercises through dumbbells, you do much more then lifting the weight up and down.

Dumbbells work more muscles in one exercise, plus the gravity of the earth gives you other way of forcing you keeping the weight in correct positions. So with dumbbells you can have shorter workout sessions with much higher impact on your muscle building progress.

Next time, I will give you some example of dumbbell workout plan you can adapt to your own training sessions.
