		<description>what hes sayin is true. they are very different. when u lose wait, u hav to cut down carbs, when u trinna gain muscle, u build up on ur carbs. there is a way to do da same tho. when ur lifting waits as soon as ur done, do cardio like run,walk or jogging for 20 -30 minutes and cut down on da carbs of wat chu eat. the only good carbs u need for this is like protien.</description>
